▍Exhibition Concept

‘Some sea routes are just spoken ofbut never seen, and some stories are just heard of but never experienced.People from the land wonder what it’s like under the sea. On the sleeplessnights, a man wanders along the harbor, drifting between the reality and thememories. Secret words mingle among the sound of the wave. Guided by the fadedmoonlight, the consciousness is curled back to the ocean and floating toislands far and near.’

This project focuses on smuggling. The artist intertwines his personalmemories and the stories he collects to create another possibility of howsmuggling becomes a pathway of thinking and action from image and language. Use"escape" and "collaboration" as keywords to re-examine therelationships between individuals, society, the sea, islands, and nations.
